New Delhi: Data shows that Marquee investor Ashish Kacholia was in a buying spree in the December quarter 2021 as he increased his stake in five counters, including adding two new shares.

Of the new purchases, Kacholia chose 2,69,431 shares, or a 2.36 percent stake, in the specialty chemicals company.

During the December 2021 quarter, the latest shareholder data showed.

Veteran Dalal Street has also added Igarashi Motors India to his portfolio where he owns 3,99,550 shares or 1.3 per cent of the auto operators.

Shares of Yasho Industries rose more than 900 percent in the past year, while shares of Igarashi Motors India rose nearly 45 percent over the same period.

Kacholia bought 4,50,000 shares of textile company Faze Three during the October-December period, increasing his stake to 11,25,688 shares or 4.63 percent stake in the December quarter from 6,75,688 shares or 2.78 shares. % in September quarter.

He also raised his stake in the Container and Packaging Company

India added 44,100 shares to own 3,41,316 shares or 2.89% stake in Q3 FY22 compared to 2,97,216 shares or 2.52% of equity in Q2 FY22.

Kachulia also added a stake in Quality Small Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 1.41,000 shares, or 1.36%, to 1.73,000 shares, or 1.67%, as he bought 32,000 shares of the company during the October-December period.

Xpro India shares are up as much as 3,000 percent in the past year, while shares of Kwality Pharma are up more than 1,160 percent. Faze Three’s stock rose 480 percent over the specified period.

On the other hand, Kacholia’s stake in Venus Remedies has fallen to less than one percent, indicating his exit from the company. Investor ace has reduced its stake in NIIT and Mold-Tek Packaging as well.

He stayed at ADF Foods, Ador Weldings, VRL Logistics, Shaily Engineering Plastics, Safari Industries, Acrysil and TARC during the quarter ending December 2021 during which his ownership remained unchanged.

According to Tr Friendlyne’s data, Ashish Kacholia owns 28 shares with a net worth of over Rs 1,828.1 crore.
