Each week, they present a newly updated list of the top 10 comics. These trends are due to gossip, fan-favorite covers, story-driven content, and news about content.

Note: This week’s list contains spoilers from the Disney + BOBA FETT book – Episode 2 and from the latest Marvel comic issue of THOR #20.

Well, if this spoiler warning doesn’t scare you, we have to ask, how many Wookies and Hammers did it take to get Spider-Man 2099 off the roster after its 5-week run? The answer is one Wookie (okay, maybe two Wookies) and one Hummer. The BOBA FETT Star Wars book helped take the lead in the market heat with six books this week. However, in terms of the comics, Mr. Donny Keats introduced a new potential villain (or perhaps an ally?) in his latest edition of THOR #20 called THE GOD OF HAMMERS. These two factors were only interrupted by TIMELESS variant #1 Miss Minutes Ramos, who is back after taking first place last week. There are some great comics listed here to look for in your local comics stores. Happy digging!

#10 Star Wars: Darth Vader #3 | MARVEL | 2015 BOOK OF BOBA FETT Episode 2 surprised everyone with the introduction of Black Krrsantan, a Wookie Bounty Hunter who was first introduced via the comics in 2015 Darth Vader #1. This brief (and menacing look) put his various main appearances and covers on absolute fire. Though, fans immediately knew what his appearance could mean. If Black Krrsantan is present, then surely Dr. Avra must be present as well. right? Having worked closely with Black Krrsantan throughout her various comic book series, his appearance provides evidence of her existence and possible future appearances. Its debut in Darth Vader #3 has a raw FMV of $153 and was selling as high as $533 for a CGC 9.8.

#9 Star Wars #14 | MARVEL | 2015 pretty much any cover with Black Krrsantan was hot last week. This Mark Brooks cover features our favorite classic Wookie (Chewbacca) versus our new favorite Wookie (BK) and has a $21 raw FMV

#8 STAR WARS #13 – Mudman Connection Variant | MARVEL | 2015 Initially, this was considered the cover debut of Black Krrsantan. However, this was quickly corrected with the confirmation of STAR WARS: VADER DOWN #1 VARIANT ZBOX AND MILE HIGH KATIE COOK variant honoured. However, it’s a bit late for those who helped raise this Star Wars #13 variant to the current $30 FMV.

#7 THOR #20 – SIMONE BIANCHI (1:25) | MARVEL | 2022 Black Heatbreaker Krrsantan is the god of hammers, featured by Mjolnir on the last page of this recently released edition. What does this mean for a bull? Well, it doesn’t look good. But the $151 raw FMV looks pretty cool!

#6 Annual Star Wars Doctor Avra #1 | MARVEL | 2017 This issue features Black Krrsantan’s first single story. Given the huge interest in the character and her origins, fans quickly grabbed this annual, which helped him land a $35 raw FMV.

#5 Timing #1 – Humberto Ramos – Variable Miss Minutes | MARVEL | 2021 Miss Minutes maintained their dominance of the top ten after taking first place last week. This week, it sold 122 copies with a raw FMV of $55 and a high selling of $240 for a CGC 9.8.

#4 Star Wars #20 | MARVEL | 2016 This was a fairly major issue for Black Krrsantan. He shows him on a mission to Jabba the Hutt’s Tatooine, only to cross paths with Obi-Wan Kenobi. This is how he gets a scar on his eye, via Obi-Wan’s lightsaber. Speculation is pretty confident that we’ll likely see this fight in the Obi-Wan Disney+ series, giving it a boost in raw FMV of $27 (note: 1:100 VARIANT has a raw FMV of $111 and growing).

#3 Thor #20 – Green Earth – Reign of the Wicked | MARVEL | 2022 Return to God of Hammers, whose debut in this issue helped all the covers sell out. Greg groundcover is being sold for a raw FMV for $20.

#2 Star Wars: Darth Vader #1 | MARVEL | 2015 And Here You Go, Black Krrsantan’s official debut. Wow, did he own this list? And rightly so, with a whopping 161 copies sold, a raw FMV for $56, and a high $350 sale for a CGC 9.8. We can’t wait to see more BK!

#1 bull #20 | MARVEL | 2022 While Black Krrsantan dominated the list of top 10 related books with 6 books, God of Hammers was easy to find due to its recent release. This helped 207 copies sell with a raw FMV for $21. Ultimately on a ramp hanger, issue #20 makes us itchy to read #21.
